We continue a previous conversation about being co-workers with Jesus. This time we look at Matthew 9 and 10 and at the work of Jesus and how Jesus is inviting us to work with him. 

Today we share four responses to DMM by legacy churches this week. How will we embrace change to see the gospel flourish in natural networks where we live, learn, work, and play?

To keep the system of church running is laborious. How can we have the time to consider a different way even if we think a different way is a good idea. Here in Northern Colorado the church continues to decline in numbers, but the way of being the church is not really changing much to see change in the trends. What do we do? What can we do, or better yet…what must be done?

1 Corinthians 3:9 says we are co-workers with Christ. What does this mean for us today? What work is Jesus doing that he is inviting us into being a co-worker with him? In this episode we explore how often we seem to be doing work that is adjacent to the work of Jesus, but maybe the work of Jesus is more clear and simple than our work. If we are co-workers, then let's do the work Jesus is doing.

We're back with a DMM Download focused on church being a system or ecosystem. Systems are built and ordered while ecosystems are organic, messy, flexible. They are more like a garden than a machine. Church in America seems to build church system rather than nurturing God’s church ecosystem. This is part 2 of the mini series. 

Today we discuss more about the System and the Ecosystem and specifically how ritual replaced relationship in our churches. We discuss how the machine of church is interfering with the work of God through relationships in church, and how church in Northern Colorado could use more relationships to support growth rather than more machine to produce growth. 

In this episode we continue to discuss the System and the Ecosystem. What Jesus said seems to have been misheard in these days later. There is more to being the church than some of us have experienced. Can we expect a new thing here in North America? Will you pray for it? 

The destination is the redemption of all people…the way to get there is diverse. So each of us at the start of the year can refocus on the vision of Jesus…to seek and save the lost, and we can ask God to show each of us what route we’re supposed to take to get there.

Merry Christmas everyone! We are one week away from celebrating Christmas in Northern Colorado, and we landed today's episode on an unlikely biblical story- the story of Jonah. The assignment given to Jonah was arise and go, but Jonah went in the opposite direction of God's love for the people of Nineveh. Jonah basically said no. I have heard it said that apathy is the opposite of love…Jonah said no to God. Do we?

Delivery systems assessment offers new ideas for new times. We are amazed at the need for a paradigm shift in how we think about and act as the church. In this episode we talk about the need to evaluate and assess the delivery system of the church. How is our delivery system working in the church of North America?

Many of us drive to our churches on Sunday mornings passing the people along the way without paying much attention to the needs of the people around us. Here in Timnath we drive a round about on a street skipping exit 1 and 2 to get to the church building, but DMM has given Jeff a new way to see the people around him as he travels to the church building.

We take a quick look at John 13 where Jesus tells his disciples that people will know they are his disciples by how we love one another. The phrase, they will know us by our love, is taken from this bible verse and is a good point of discussion for today's download.

In this episode we share a personal story of how we're learning to coach for dependence on the Spirit instead of making disciples dependent on our coaching. In DMM NOCO we offer awareness, training, opportunities for modeling and practicing DMM, resources, and on going coaching. The coaching we're talking about is a different kind of coaching.
