Today we're talking about moving from Form to Function. In order to move towards disciple making we must also move our efforts and resources away from the form of the ministry towards the function of the ministry. We can get stuck in our forms (buildings, programs, expectations, etc) and forget to function (Great Commission, make disciples, love people, etc) which tends to keep us stuck in our old paradigm.
