Training is for everyone who has a growing passion to be involved in developing and multiplying disciples in their natural networks.

The Habits of a Multiplying Disciple Training consists of seven sessions each focusing on a different habit.

  • Group of children and adults gathered outdoors near a yellow wall, with a Caucasian man taking a photo of them.

    HEART OF GOD

We believe the main mission of Jesus was to seek and save the lost. We desire to align with this mission. We are asking God to give us His Heart for lost people. As we fall in love with the problem of lost humanity, it compels us to find effective ways to further this mission. Luke 19:10

  • Group of four people with heads bowed together in a dimly lit setting, possibly praying or in a moment of silence.

    PRAYER

We believe a main activity of Jesus was time in prayer. We desire to align with the activity of prayer as well. DMM prayer is focused, contending, fervent, waiting, and listening. It’s a different way to pray than most of us have experienced or been taught. John 15:5

  • Two men taking a selfie at an airport, with other travelers in the background. One man is wearing glasses, a white shirt, and a black vest, and the other man is wearing a Louisville basketball t-shirt and a light-colored hoodie.

    ENGAGE

We believe Jesus modeled for us a focus of spending time with people who were far from God. We desire to align with this focus. Our energy is not so much focused on inviting people to come to Church, but taking the message of Jesus to those that are far from God. Luke 10:2

  • Three women are standing on a tarp with metal trays and bowls, in a rural village setting with traditional huts and livestock in the background.

    FIND

Finding a person whose heart is receptive to the message of hope and the good news of Jesus is key. We call this a person of peace. They discover the good news of Jesus and invite people they know to also hear and discover the good news of Jesus. Matthew 10:11-13

  • A set of books titled 'Emotionally Healthy Spirituality Day by Day', including part 1 and a workbook, lying on a brown textured surface.

    DISCOVER

We invite interested people into a process called Discovery Bible Study. This process helps people view the Bible not simply for gaining knowledge, but for gaining practical points of application. We use simple questions to help them discover what the passage means and what it reveals to them personally to apply and obey. John 6:45

  • Close-up of three friends smiling by a lake on a sunny day, with trees in the background.

    ASSEMBLE

When Discovery Bible Studies begin to grow and mature, often times a Home Church will develop. The Bible describes the concept of “house to house” as a legitimate way for believers to grow, mature, and participate in ministry together. Acts 2:41-42

  • Long exposure photo of colorful light trails in red, blue, and purple swirling in the night sky above a lit-up landscape.

    MULTIPLY

We believe that every Assembly has the DNA to replicate, meaning it has the ability to multiply. This multiplication leads to the advancement of The Kingdom of God in unique ways outside the “Church as we know it”. Multiplication is key to the advancement of Disciple Making Movements. John 15:8
